Tourism, travel and hospitality businesses across the country are closing up every day. People with vacation rentals in Hawaii, San Diego and other destinations are going broke and into bankruptcies. The stocks of airlines are crashing and tens of thousands of workers are being laid off every day. The future is bleak because as long as our nation does not take proper, serious actions without resorting to politics, we will see a bigger wave in November and Winter. Of course, we have no hope for the reason any time soon which means that we will see COVID decimate the travel and tourism industry
All the airlines have to do is PAY FOR COVID EXAMS.
Yet, the answer to save the industry is soooo easy. All the airlines have to do is PAY FOR COVID EXAMS. Right now, COVID tests are expensive and a hassle to get. So people who can still afford to travel, prefer to not travel because they don’t want to deal with the risk or the quarantine. But the tests are not expensive. All the airline has to do is pay for your test before you fly and after you land and I predict millions of people will take to the sky, millions of people will fly to destinations where they can no longer be vectors. The airlines could then afford to pay for those tests, keep planes flying, and even have money to pay for a hotel in case someone gets sick and needs quarantine on the return flight, and still have money left over!

Why don’t they do this? I have no idea. But I want to fly, I will not fly until it is safe to fly. But if I knew that everyone on the plane is COVID negative, I’d fly. And the cost of that? $50. Max.
